The agreement, in plain English.

ESSENTIALS sells The Perfect Pillow Creation — a luxury bedding item composed of 850 fill-power down, 22-momme mulberry silk, and a passive magnetic core. It is a wellness item, not a medical device. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Because the pillow contains a magnetic component, it is not safe for persons with:

• Cardiac pacemakers
• Implanted cardiac defibrillators (ICDs)
• Cochlear implants
• Deep-brain stimulators or other neuro-stimulators
• Programmable shunts, insulin pumps, or any active electronic medical implant
• Ferromagnetic surgical hardware in the head, neck, or upper body

You confirm at checkout that none of the above apply to you. Use during pregnancy, or by persons with the conditions above, requires written clearance from your physician. Use of the product against this warning is at your own risk.

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, insufficient stock, or pricing errors. If we decline an order after payment, we will refund the full amount within 5 business days. Prices are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise noted. Taxes and shipping are added at checkout.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full payment card details on our servers. By submitting payment information you agree to Stripe's own terms of service.

Shipping is governed by our Shipping policy. Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns policy. Both are incorporated by reference into these terms.

We warrant The Perfect Pillow Creation against defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of delivery. The warranty does not cover normal wear, stains, odours, or damage caused by misuse, improper laundering, or accidents. We will, at our discretion, repair, replace, or refund a defective item under warranty.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ESSENTIALS's total liability arising out of or related to your purchase shall not exceed the price you paid for the product. ESSENTIALS shall not be liable for incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of sleep, loss of earnings, or any health outcome.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain damages, so portions of this limitation may not apply to you.

The ESSENTIALS name, the E³ monogram, the phrase “The Perfect Pillow Creation,” and all site content (text, images, code) are the property of ESSENTIALS. You may not copy, redistribute, or use any of it without our written permission.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia.
