Each pillow is filled and finished by hand in our small-batch atelier. Allow 3–5 business days for production before your order ships. We send a confirmation email when your pillow leaves the atelier.

• Expedited 2-day — $35 (orders placed before 12 PM ET, Mon–Fri)
• Overnight — $75 (orders placed before 12 PM ET, Mon–Fri)

We ship via UPS, FedEx, and USPS depending on the destination. Tracking is provided by email when your label is created.

We ship to Canada, the United Kingdom, the European Union, Australia, and Japan. Rates and timing are calculated at checkout. International orders may be subject to duties and import taxes at the destination — these are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in our shipping rates.

As soon as your label is generated you'll receive a tracking link by email. You can also see live status in your account if you registered at checkout. Guest orders can request status by emailing sales@essentialspillow.com with your order number.

If your package is marked delivered but cannot be found, please first check with neighbours and your local post office. If the package remains missing after 48 hours, contact us — we'll open a carrier investigation and either replace your pillow or issue a refund.

Standard ground shipments will deliver to P.O. boxes via USPS. Expedited and overnight shipments require a physical street address. APO/FPO addresses are supported via USPS standard ground only.
